Almodovar del Rio, Cordoba Province, Andalusia, Spain. Almodovar castle. The Torre de Homenaje - the Tower of Homage, or Keep in English. Founded as a Roman fort the castle developed into its present form during the Moorish era. It was restored in the early 20th century by its owner Raphael Desmaissiers, 12th Count of Torravala. It was used as a location in the 7th season of the TV series Game of Thrones.
