Inventive bladder cancer, stage II, muscle damage. This illustration shows a zoom at the level of the bladder wall with all its structures. From bottom to top we have the bladder cavity, the epithelium (bluish gray cells), the connective tissue, the muscle consisting of three layers and finally the tissue that surrounds the bladder, here the parietal peritoneum. A stage II invasive cancer tumor is visible in this white drawing. The tumor invades the bladder muscle. This stage II is divided into two stages. In the T2a stage, the tumor reaches the lower half of the bladder muscle. While in the T2b stage, the tumor reaches the outer half of the bladder muscle. So in this drawing, we have a T2b stage tumor. - Restriction : Exclusive to pharmaceutical laboratories in Belgium. from 04/26/2020
