Neck and Shoulder Decoration from a Tunic, late 400s - 500s. This fine tunic fragment with a straight neck opening and one surviving shoulder square may have protected the wearer from danger, as suggested by interlacing knots. These delicate knots decorate the small deep purple discs which alternate with human busts in roundels.
