Ireland; Dublin: Statue "Molly Malone" (detail); realized by Jean Rynhart; in 1987. The statue was erected due to the 1000 years anniversary of city of Dublin and is known as well under the name "Cockles and Mussels" referring to a ballade and folk song of 1883. The song has become the unofficial anthem of Dublin. Due to construction works of the new tram line; the statue was moved from Grafton Street corner to Suffolk Street into Suffolk Street and will be removed to its original place; after end of works. The statue is also known by several nicknames: "Tart with the cart"; "Dish with the fish"; and "Dolley with the trolley".
