Action between H.M.S."Leander" and "Le Genereux", 1936. HMS Leander was a Portland-class 50-gun fourth rate of the Royal Navy, launched at Chatham on 1 July 1780. G?n?reux was a French T?m?raire-class 74-gun ship of the line. After capture she completed her career as part of the Royal Navy as HMS G?n?reux.
