MINSTER LOVELL HALL, Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire. A distant view of the ruined hall, formerly one of the great aristocratic houses of the county near the River Windrush. The house was built c.1431-42 by the seventh Lord Lovell, but was dismantled in the 18th century and used as farm buildings. Photographed by Henry Taunt in 1885.
