Re-enactment of a scene from the trial of Jack McCall for the shooting of Wild Bill Hickok, which took place in Deadwood, South Dakota, USA, on 2 August 1876. McCall shot Hickok through the back of the head while the latter was playing poker at Nuttal & Mann's Saloon. There were actually two trials -- the first one found McCall not guilty, but the second one found him guilty, and he was hanged on 1 March 1877. The killing of Hickok and the capture of McCall are re-enacted every summer in Deadwood.
