Thames Embankment and Cecil Hotel, London. Hotel built between 1890 and 1896 in the 'Wrenaissance' style by Perry and Reed. First Headquarters of the Royal Air Force. Demolished in 1930. This photograph appears to have been taken during an official visit by French dignitaries/officials (a Presidential visit?).
