This shows a suffragette with a flag proclaiming, 'Up with the Women, Down with the Men' She is being lifted off her feet by a policeman and carried away to face the magistrate. The caption reads 'Miss. Rhoda Copper Manphobia Villa, Yelland-Brandish. Suffrage-on-the-Pounce.' This particular cartoon was not used in the PANKO game, produced in 1909.
