Water Meadows near Salisbury. Archdeacon Fisher became Constable's closest friend and he made long visits to him in the Close at Salisbury in the summer of 1820 and in July 1829. Constable painted several sketches looking from the house towards the ridge running westwards from Harnham Hill.
