Unveiling of the Queen Victoria Memorial Monument at the end of the Mall in front of Buckingham Palace in May 1911. Sculpted by Sir Thomas Brock with an architectural surround by Sir Aston Webb, the unveiling ceremony was attended by Kaiser Wilhelm II and the Kaiserin, King George V and Queen Mary, Winston Churchill, representatives of the Army and Navy, deputations from the forces of the overseas dominions and many leading members of the Royal family.
