Not entirely flattering caricature of King Constantine I of Greece, otherwise known as 'Tino' by George Ranstead, an amateur artist of the Great War period who served in the Army Pay Corps. Constantine prevaricated over his country's allegiance during World War One and was eventually forced to retire from the throne in 1917. He returned in 1920 but abdicated in 1922.
