Southern Rock Agama - Female basking on rock. (Agama atra). Augrabies Falls National Park, Northern Cape, South Africa. Inhabits rocky outcrops in semi-desert to fynbos areas. Feed mostly on ants and termites, but other arthropods as well. Widespread throughout Cape, also Namibia, Zululand and Mpumalanga escarpment.
