Sand Bubbler Crab - when excavating their burrows at low tide, this tiny crabs sift out detritus from the sand in order to feed. (Scopimera sp.). Railay Beach, Phranang Peninsula, Krabi province, southern Thailand. The remaining sand is rolled into little pellets and deposited in the vicinity, forming some quite artistic patterns.
