The American hydropane 'Disturber III', 1913. The 40 ft Fauber hydroplane 'Disturber III' was owned by James A. Pugh. It was powered by two Van Blerck engines giving a total 600 hp. It is shown here competing in the British International Trophy at Osborne Bay.
