The gas giant planet Jupiter (bright object lower left) is a nearby celestial object, only tens of light minutes away within our solar system. The open star clusters of the Praesepe (M44, upper right), containing hundreds of young stars, lies about 577 light years away. The Praesepe cluster is also known as the Beehive cluster.
