Exterior garden of the Ennis-Brown House in Los Angeles. Designed in 1923 by Frank Lloyd Wright for Charles and Mabel Ennis and built in 1924, the building makes use of interlocking textile pre-cast concrete blocks using a Mayan motif. The site of many on-location movie shoots, the house is listed as one of the 11 Most Endangered Historic Places due to earthquake damage, neglect by former owners, and unwise economies during its original construction.
