Designed as a home for Henry Clay Frick, a Pittsburg industrialist, in 1913. The mansion home and its art collection were turned into a museum in 1935. The collection specializes in Old Masters oil paintings. The wonderful collection of paintings is set within and around antique furnishings in the various mansion rooms. A visitor gets a view into a luxury mansion, while seeing a wonderful collection of art. The Frick is located on 70-71 Street and Fifth Avenue, New York.
