Prehistoric megalithic standing stones from the late stone age, near Carnac, France. The stones were hewn from local rock and erected by the pre-Celtic people of Brittany. The Kermario alignment has more than 1000 menhirs spreads on a field of 1 mile long and 300 feet wide. This field has the particularity to have the menhir planted from the smallest to the tallest in size from east to west.
