Gray Fox (Urocyon cinereoargenteus) has sharp curved claws which enable it to readily climb trees, the only one of the canid family with true climbing ability. Range: Eastern U.S., Dakotas, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
