Blood libel depicted in a 1939 issue of the anti-Semitic German newspaper 'Der Sturmer' a weekly German tabloid-format newspaper published by Julius Streicher. It was a significant part of Nazi propaganda and was vehemently anti-Semitic. Blood libel was an accusation that Jews kidnapped and murdered the children of Christians in order to use their blood as part of their religious rituals during Jewish holidays.
