The last of the Charruas.The Charr鷄 were an indigenous people of South America. After a massacre at Salsipuedes; four surviving Charr鷄s were captured. They were Senacua S閚aqu? a medicine man; Vaimaca-Pir?Sira; a warrior; and a young couple; Laureano Tacuav?Mart韓ez and Mar韆 Mica雔a Guyunusa. All four were taken to Paris; France; in 1833; where they were exhibited to the public.
