Design by Barroin. An evening dress. It is made of black mousseline de soie; the over-skirt draped back in festoons which are caught up at intervals with full rosettes of black velvet. It opens over a petticoat of white satin veiled with pleated mousseline in a shade of green; upon which is painted a cluster of hortensias. The corsage is draped to match the skirt; a belt of blue satin encircling the waist.
