Lid of a case. A board game based on the geography of France. There are eighty-six lithographed maps; engraved by Massuet with the lettering by L. Aubert pere; each on a card measuring 135 x 82 mm and divided into five suits. There is a spindle with a wooden base and an elaborate metal pointer which rotats on a spindle; Three smaller baskets and a longer rectangular basket hold three diffrent sizes of ivory counter: circular; short rectangular and long retangular; each in four colours: red; green; purple and yellow.
