TURIN - On the banks of the Po; medieval village. Opened on April 27; 1884; in the presence of the sovereigns of Italy; Borgo Medievale was built over two years to form the Section of Ancient Art of the Italian General Exposition in Turin. It is a philologically accurate reproduction of a fifteenth-century feudal hamlet that; thanks to the audience's appreciation; has survived at the end of the Exposition; remaining like an open-air museum in the Valentine Park. It has the status of civic museum; in all respects; since 1942. Postcard; photolithography; Turin 1956
