A simple little frock created by Paquin for the Duchess of M. in the finest cloth of the delicate shade called 茅glantine; the skirt is made with a shaped flounce headed by a strap or bias fold of the cloth. The coquettish little coat is trimmed with bias folds and straps of cloth; it is drawn close to the waist with gold links and chains; tiny gold buttons fastening the straps; the revers and collar are in one; and are covered with beautiful creamy guipure lace.
