Monument to James Anderton, inventor of the Anderton Shearer Loader, 2015. A bronze sculpture by Arthur Fleischmann created in 1963-1965. Originally sited as a fountain at the National Coal Board, Anderton House, Lowton, Lancashire it was relocated to Rivington Colliery roundabout, St Helen's, Merseyside.
