Seen CHURCH photographic of the chorus in the cathedral of Saint Petronio to Ferrara. During the putting in Latin the chorus accompanied the religious function. Concilio Vatican II abolished the ritual in Latin replacing it with the putting in Italian. Other innovations of the Italian ritual: the priest frontally celebrates the putting to the faithfuls; abolished the gregoriani songs; assumption of the Communion standing rather than in knee.
