RIBES NERO Ribes nigrum; L. Family of the Sassifragacee. The leaves have antirheumatic; diuretic; ipotensive properties; the fruits have property laxatives and tonic. The collection of the fruits is carried out in summer; the leaves between April and june. The common names with which it is called are Cassis; grape of the friars; grape black thorn.
