Florence CRAFTS; fighting Pinion: workers involved in the canteen of the plant; with different tasks of cooking and service; photographed in the courtyard next to the kitchen (part of the exhibition Olive and bolts - Ando Gilardi Jobs farmer and worker in post-war 1950 - 1962). When the property has decided to dismiss all and tighten the system; the work has continued in self-management for a long period; from November '53 to January '54; to ward off the specter of unemployment for 1;750 male and female workers.
