Alessandro Poerio (1802-1848) poet and Italian patriot. After the exile of the father to Graz; the poet attended Leopardi and Tommaseo: perhaps for this its works; of contained patriotic and mostly romantico; suffer of leopardiani influences. In the Forty-eight one; fighting in defense of the Republic of Venice; it died for the wounds received in the battle of Mestre. Photographic portrait; with autograph company to side; 1848 approximately.
