Droplets that reach a diameter of 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm through condensation begin to drop slowly through the cloud. As they move, they get bigger by accumulating the droplets with which they collide. When a drop reaches 6.35 mm in diameter, air pressure breaks it into several smaller drops.
