I CONCILIATE OF VIENNE XV ecumenical council convened from Clemente V to Vienne; in it were examined the accusations against the Order of the Templari that in the earlier stage; 12 August 1308 with the action of Chinon; was declared not released but acquitted. From 16 October 1311 to 6 May 1312 Pope Clemente V (1305-1314) opened conciliates in 3 sessions. The Pope; during Concilio; not being able to oppose to the will of the king of Beautiful Filippo France that imposed l ? elimination of the Templari for being able itself to get hold of the their huge patrimony; removed l ? order without to condemn it neither to abolish it; thanks to skillful artifice of the canonical law.
