MICROSCOPE of Antonie van Leeuwenhoek (1632-1723) design. A biconvex disc of a valve is inserted between two brass platelets or of silver; the object to observe was pushed towards the focal point of the disc of a valve; the long screw served to giving to the object the approximate position up and to sides; making to turn that short one wing was provided exact recording of the object.
