SAINT CARL LWANGA (1865-1886) was head of the pages of the court of the king of Buganda Mwanga II: converted to the Catholicism from the white Fathers of Cardinal Charles Lavigerie; Saint Carl Lwanga (to the center) and its was killed during the antichristian persecutions in its country (1885 - 1887) he is venerated like saint from the catholic Church and is most famous of the Martyrdoms of the Uganda - devozionale Immaginetta 21 companions in a painting of Albert Wider of 1962
