Clara Essner ZETKIN (1857 - 1933) Socialist and feminist; guided for years the feminine organization of the German social democratic Party. 8 March 1907 organized with Rosa Luxemburg the first International Newsgroup of the Woman and in the conference of 1910 it proposed l' institution of an international day of the woman to celebrate just 8 March. Left the party during the first world war; it joined to the Alloy of Spartacus and in 1919 it was between the founders of the German Communist Party; that it represented in parliament from 1920. It contrasted the rise of Adolf Hitler tenaciously and in the 1933 one went in exile in Soviet Union; where it died in the same year.
