Leonetta CECCHI Pieraccini (1882-1977) Italian painter. He studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence; where he taught by Giovanni Fattori. In 1906 he debuted as a promoter of Florence; 11th wedding Emilio Cecchi and moved to Rome; getting in touch with the literary and artistic capital. Among friends: Antonio Baldini; Armando and Pasqualina Rapisarda; Vincenzo Cardarelli; Cesare Pascarella; Sibilla. Contact with the intellectual world has witnessed many portraits; some of them (Bell and Ceracchini) are exhibited at the Venice Biennale of 1934. After the war he devoted himself to writing more frequently Sempere autobiographical texts. Portrait photographs taken by Ghitta Carell (1899-1972); official photographer of the real Italy and the regime. In the years after the war he executed portraits of upper-class Roman characters; Italy around 1960.
