The Century of Progress Exposition; organized to celebrate the centennial of the city is served starting at Italio Balbo to organize in turn; on the tenth anniversary of the Royal Air Force; Air Cruise of the tenth; second and last transatlantic cruise air mass which took Part 25 SIAI-Marchetti seaplanes on route S.55X Orbetello-Chicago-New York-Rome. The large wing of S.55 is reproduced with the fasces on the facade of the pavilion; rationalist architecture designed by Adalberto Libera (1903-1963) and Mario de Renzi (1897-1967).
