Christoph Martin Wieland (1733-1813) writer; poet; editor and translator of German. He argued; from the Enlightenment; the identity of Reason and Nature; and was the author of the verses of rococo and satirical novels. Friend of Goethe; his edition of the collection of fantastic tales from which Mozart drew 'The Magic Flute'. Colored engraving of the nineteenth century.
