NOVI LIGURIAN view of the front of the church of Santa Maria dell'Argine; XII century. According to an ancient tradition of the church date back to the VIII century; but the first documents in which it is mentioned; which consist of a deed of sale of some lands that are "Subtum Plebis de Novis'; are dated 1219 The façade is preceded by a portico in which there are three arches of which the central is the greater.
