Gilbert Albert of Geneva , one of the world's master designers of jewellery , places a necklace valued at 瞿4,490 around the neck of model Stella Brown as Albert's one-man jewellery show opened at the Goldsmith's Hall , London. It is the first show ever staged in the 800-year old history of the Goldsmiths' company. Describing the necklace , the catalogue states , the meteorite - an exceptionally large and beautiful moldavite - stands out from a wide collar of yellow gold . Bold , almot barbaric in its design , it is like some mysterious torrent of gold full of glittering diamonds . 10 November 1965
