A line of burned-out caravans in front of the destroyed homes after an American Super Sabre jet fighter crashed at Kesgrave, near Ipswich, after taking off from Woodbridge, about 5 miles away, today (Monday). A woman was killed and several people injured. The pilot used his ejector seat and escaped unhurt. The plane wrecked a service station burning between 20 and 30 empty caravans caravans being offered for sale as well as the houses.
