Lifeboat heroes in town. In London, today (Friday) to receive awards from the Royal National Lifeboat Institution at its annual meeting is afternoon, a three-year heroes of the service. They are the coxswain and motor mechanic of the lifeboat at Pennlee, Cornwall, which rescued a man from the 'Warspite' last April. They will receive silver and bronze medals. The third is the coxswain at Fowey, Cornwall, who won the bronze medal for a rescue in March. Also attending the presentation will be the widows of the six men who lost their lives in the Mumbles lifeboat disaster in April.
