International Bankers meet the press. Mr Camille Gutt, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, and Mr John McCloy, president of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, held a press conference at the institution of Civil Engineers, Great George Street, this morning (Wednesday). They were introduced by the Rt Hon Hugh Dalton, in his capacity as Chairman of the Boards of Governors of the Fund and Bank, annual meetings of which open in London tomorrow. 10 September 1947
