The elite of British three-year-olds, Migoli, Sayajirao, Merry Quip, and others will have tough opposition from the French colt, second favourite for the race, and from the the other French entrant Arbar, third favourite Pearl Diver is owned by Baron G de Waldner and will be ridden, as in the Derby by G Bridgland.
