It has been announced that his Excellency Senor on Napoleon Solarez, present Bolivian Minister in London, is to be appointed as first Bolivian ambassador to the Court of St James's, following the raising of the Bolivian legation in London to the status of an embassy. Probably no one in Bolivia is more suited to represent his country here than Don Solarez. He is said to love England, spent most of his youth here. Both he and his wife, they have 5 children, are keen artists, and Don finds great relief in painting when resting from politics.
