The marriage of John D. McFayden, M.B., C.H.B., of Park Avenue, Stirling, to Janet Henderson of Surbiton, London, took place at the Church of St Columba, Pont-Street, London, today. The couple have excellent war records, the bridegroom, having served in many theatres of war in the R. A.M.C and the bride as a nurse served from Dunkirk and Belsen. After the wedding reception was held at Grosvenor House. 12 August 1947
