Jackie Paterson, flyweight champion of the world met stewards of the Boxing Board of Control at their London office. Subject to the talk, it is understood, was the failure of Paterson to go to the scales for his title fight with Dado Marino, of Hawaii at Glasgow. Paterson collapsed on the morning of the fight and it was stated that he was unfit to continue.
