U Tin Tut to visit Burma. U Tin Tut, Burmese High Commissioner in London, who is going to Rangoon tomorrow, as Minister without portfolio, in the reconstituted Executives Council, gave three possible motives for Saturday's assassination of seven Executive Council members, at press conference in London today (Monday). The motives were 1, a political or personal vendetta, 2, an attempt at a coup d'彋at to cause a change of government by force, or 3 a Dacoity crime. U Tin Tut deplored the tragedy which has lost Burma seven very fine leaders, but said that the incident, tragic that I was, would not interfere with Bernie's constituentional progress.
