Bevin, leaves for Moscow. The British delegation, headed by the Foreign Secretary, the Rt Hon Ernest Bevin, left Victoria by Golden Arrow train this morning (Tuesday) on its five-day journey to Moscow and the German Peace Conference. This afternoon, Dunkirk, Mr Bevin, with M Bidault, the French Foreign Minister, will sign the Alliance of Dunkirk, a long-term pact, ensuring close corporation between Great Britain and France in the future.
